2. Prices

All prices are shown including 25 % VAT within Sweden.

For sales within the EU, VAT is applied in accordance with the current OSS rules.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

3. Payment

Payment is made using the payment options offered at checkout (for example card, Klarna and Swish – which options are shown depends on your country).

Unless otherwise stated, payment is charged when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Sweden.

Delivery time:

  • Sweden: 1–5 business days

  • EU: 3–10 business days

The risk passes to the customer once the item has been received.

5. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days.  The statutory period is 14 days under the distansavtalslagen (the Swedish Distance Contracts Act) – YouPadel voluntarily extends the right of withdrawal to 30 days. 

Return conditions:

  • The product must be in essentially unchanged condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice

The customer pays the return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after an approved return.

6. Complaints about defects

The right to complain about defects applies for 3 years under the konsumentköplagen (the Swedish Consumer Sales Act).

If the complaint is approved, Hus86 AB covers the return shipping.

7. Force Majeure

Hus86 AB is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company's control.
