Shipping policy

Delivery time

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-4 business days. For other delivery countries (see Shipping prices below), delivery normally takes 3–10 business days.

Delivery method

We ship orders with Postnord. You collect your items at your local pickup point. We accept no financial responsibility for any delays caused by the carrier.

First-class parcel letter – To your mailbox or door

Delivery time: 1-2 business days
The parcel is delivered to your mailbox.
If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, it is delivered at your door or in a bag on the outside of your mailbox. You are notified once delivery at the door or in a bag on the mailbox has been completed.

SHIPPING PRICES

Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 699 SEK. On orders up to and including 699 SEK, a shipping and administration fee of 49 SEK is added.

EU, Switzerland and Monaco: We deliver to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Free shipping on orders from 700 SEK. On orders under 700 SEK, shipping costs 99 SEK.

If you shop in euros or Danish kroner, the amounts are converted to your currency at the current exchange rate. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import VAT may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Any return shipping is paid by the buyer.
