Here are the answers to what we get asked most often. Can't find what you're looking for — get in touch!

How long is delivery?

We ship from our warehouse in Halmstad the same day if you order before 2:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days with PostNord or DHL. Free shipping on orders over SEK 699.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay safely and easily with Klarna, card (Visa/Mastercard) or Swish directly at checkout.

What's your return policy?

You have 30-day returns on all products. Get in touch and we'll send you a return label — your money is refunded within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Which overgrip suits me?

Do you sweat a lot? Choose our AIR overgrip with small air holes for better ventilation. Want maximum stickiness? Go for our classic overgrip. Not sure? Email us and we'll guide you to the right one.

How often should I change my overgrip?

Most people change every 3rd–5th session, or when the overgrip loses its stickiness. Buy a bulk pack so you always have a fresh one ready — and save money per unit.

Do you sell to clubs and companies?

Absolutely! We're happy to supply padel clubs and companies, often with volume discounts. Email info@youpadel.se and we'll get back to you with a setup that suits you.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way home.
