30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it
Unused
With all tags attached
In its original packaging

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective
The item is damaged
You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)
Personal care products (e.g. beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for:

Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when received:

Unused
With all tags attached
In its original packaging
With proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days

At youpadel.se, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without providing any reason.

The statutory withdrawal period within the EU is 14 days, but we offer an extended 30-day withdrawal period.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires via email, phone, or letter.

The item must then be returned as soon as reasonably possible after the cancellation notice.

Refund After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost for sending the item to you.
