You pay with your Visa or Mastercard via our partner Klarna, which offers 100% secure online card payments. All information is encrypted with SSL – 128 bit. The money is reserved in your account and is usually withdrawn within 24 hours of placing your order. All transactions are carried out according to the new 3D-Secure security standard. 3D-Secure includes. that you as a customer must enter a password as confirmation of purchase in addition to card details. You can also pay with Swish (Sweden only).

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-6 working days. This may change due to agreement within your country. 

Delivery method

We ship orders with Postnord and DHL. You pick up your goods at your local retailer.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the carrier.

Freight rates

We offer shipping to most parts of the EU. If we cannot deliver to you, please contact us via email and we will see what we can do. More countries will be added as soon as agreements are finalized. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Any return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty and complaints

Full warranties are included for all our products. Normal wear and tear, such as wear and tear on overgrips, is not covered by the warranty. Customer pays for any. shipping costs in case the complaint in question is not accepted. We follow the Consumer Sales Act, see

Law of Aggression

At youpadel.se you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. You therefore have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your goods (the statutory period is 14 days).

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive your goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient to send your notice of intention to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period by e-mail, telephone or letter. We do not need to have received the goods back within 30 days, but you as the buyer must return your goods as soon as possible after your notification that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you cancel your purchase under the terms above, we will refund all payments we have received from you for the goods you wish to return, including any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the goods to you. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.

It is worth mentioning that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any return freight. You will therefore have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods. We offer a return shipping label for 79 kr. Please contact us if you would like one. Please note that you may not return goods in a package that has a larger volume than the package you received the goods in. We will charge the customer for any additional shipping costs that a larger package may entail.

We only use open purchase. If you want a different product, place a new order. You return the old one to us according to.

Damage to parcels and undelivered parcels

If you discover any damage to the parcel, you must immediately, but at the latest within 7 days, notify the post office or other carrier and make a damage report. Do not retrieve a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel, and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the handling of the postal service or carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (parcels about 1 month, letters 14 days), we will charge you 300 SEK for our work in handling the goods.

Personal data

By ordering goods from us, you agree to our storing and using your personal data. The controller is HUS86 AB (company registration no. SE5567419162). All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we only store personal data that is necessary for us to deliver the products you have purchased and to provide you with the best possible service. E-mails sent to us will, for example. to be stored in order to follow up cases and provide you, the customer, with a high level of service. Personal data is stored for as long as it is needed to maintain our service to you or as long as required by law, after which it is deleted.

 

In order to complete purchases and deliveries of ordered goods, it is necessary to share personal data with certain external partners. These partners may be shipping companies and/or companies that process payments, such as. your bank or Klarna.

Your personal data may be used for marketing purposes by YouPadel, e.g. sending newsletters by e-mail. No data will be resold. You have the right to access the data we have recorded about you, to have the data erased (in certain cases), transferred to another provider or have inaccurate information corrected, you also have the right to have the processing of personal data intended for direct marketing interrupted.
